Furniweb (Vietnam) Shareholding Company  became realisation from the conversion of Furniweb Manufacturing (Vietnam) Co. Ltd (FVN) on 02 January 2008 with the Investment Certificate No 472033000358, approved by Dong Nai Industrial Zone Authority

Furniweb Manufacturing (Vietnam) Co. Ltd stared operations in 1997 with just an initial manpower of 60 employees in a factory located on a land area of approximately 13,900 sqm at Bien Hoa Industrial Zone II, Dong Nai Province, manufacturing Furniture Webbings, Covered Elastic Yarn and Air Covered Yarn.
